The Toaster Museum Foundation

The Toaster Museum Foundation

I know what you’re thinking: this is a site for a Foundation, which means they want money. Well they do want money, but that doesn’t mean you have to give it to them. Like me, you can just explore the intersting things they have here.

If you’re curious about how this site came to be check out the “What is This All About?” section. I suggest starting in the “The Cyber Toast Museum” where you can learn all about toasters, how they came to be, how they changed over the years, and how they are still changing now. This section is full of pictures of different models of toasters throughout the years and I really enjoyed observing the changes through the years.

You can check out the “Frequently Asked Questions” section or the “Toaster Interactive” which has quizzes, games, a bulletin board and some fun gretting cards.

Next is “Toaster Art”—definitely go there, it’s great! My favorite is the first picture which is a tiled mosaic of a toaster made of toast. And this will prepare you to dive right into the “Vintage Ads of the Days of Old”, and I love them. They make toasters really cool. I was surprised by the next section that is “Toaster Toys & Accessories”. Who knew there were so many toaster toys? Not me, that’s for sure. Lots of really nifty toaster toys.

Now I have to go make some toast, cause this site made me hungry.
