Space Shuttle Discover STS-121 Mission Complete

This is a very stellar set of pictures and I’m so excited to be sharing them with you! They have such astonishing clarity and detail. I fully recommend just clicking on the first image and then clicking the next button to explore the whole series of pictures.

If you scroll down on each picture, you can check out people’s comments on the image you are viewing. Or, you can click the Post a Comment link and leave your own thoughts.

The first picture is very humorous. You’re probably thinking, “I thought she said these pictures were crystal clear. That rocket sure is blurry.” Well, that’s what I thought and then I scrolled down to the bottom of the picture and saw the very clear and beautiful bird in the picture.

I loved all the pictures on this site, but that first one was a favorite for sure! On the main page, with all of the thumbnails, you can scroll down and leave a comment, as well as, read the comments that others left behind on the whole series.

There are also two other ways to view the pictures. It is set to thumbnail by default, but if you go to the top of the page in the corner, you will find the option of a slideshow and a tree view. The tree view makes them into text links that you have to click on to view the images and the slideshow will show you all the images (with a one to ten second delay). You can change the delay to your preference.

All I can say is that these pictures are so cool. They simply take my breath away!
