Today’s site allows you to journey into places in the National Park where the public never goes by following park rangers in this amazing 360° video.

When you arrive there is sound, so be aware of that if you are looking at the site at work. You can turn it off with the speaker button in the bottom right corner of the screen.

To begin your adventure, click the blue Start Exploring button. This will load the introduction video. It explains that you’ll explore specific parks with a park ranger as your guide. After it finishes playing you have the option of Alaska, USA: Kenai Fjords,  Hawai’i, USA: Hawai’i Volcanoes, New Mexico, USA: Carlsbad Caverns, Utah, USA: Bryce Canyon, and Florida, USA: Dry Tortugas.

Once you’ve selected a National Park to explore, you’ll meet the ranger for that location, get a brief introduction to the area, and then start exploring.  For example, if you pick the Kenai Fjords you’ll climb down into a crevasse, learn about glacier melt, and then kayak through Bear Glacier Lagoon.

This is a really cool way to explore the National Parks, go check it out for yourself today!
