I’m not much of a red wine drinker, I’ve never had the palate for it. I’m wondering if that’s changed since I stopped drinking pop (or soda, or Coke, if that’s your thing), because I used to find it too bitter or dry and not sweet enough. Now I can’t stomach all the sugar that’s in those lovely carbonated beverages at all, so maybe that’s changed. It got me to thinking that I know very little about red wine, so I wouldn’t even know where to start if I wanted to try one.
