Kids ask a ton of questions! A random neighborhood child was pestering me with questions about the bees flying around while I was playing with the surprise rose bushes we have at our new rental. I realized I do not know enough about bees, so I googled bees and kids and found this pest guide full of bee facts!

You can learn about Bumble Bees, Honeybees, Killer Bees, and Carpenter Bees. I mean did you know there are roughly 20,000 different types of bees? Or that bees can see all colors except red? I sure didn’t!

When you arrive at the site, just scroll down the page to get to those sweet bee facts! Then you can learn specifically about the four different types of bees featured with their specific guide.

Curious about more than bees? Well, you can also check out the other pest guides on ants, bed bugs, beetles, birds, cockroaches, dust mites, earwigs, fleas, flies, gophers, lice, mice, mosquitoes, moths, opossums, pill bugs, rats, spiders, stink bugs, termites, ticks, voles, and wasps!

I’ll be checking out the guide on stink bugs for sure! We seem to have them everywhere here in Pennsylvania!
