If you enjoy seeing your photos displayed as your desktop background, a slideshow is a great way to make sure you get to showcase a lot of them. The default option is to show all of the images in your Pictures file, which could be anything. You may not want to see the photos you took of your fender bender or screenshots you took for work. The best way to make sure you see the images you want is to create a custom slide show.
Start by going to your Pictures library in File Explorer. Right-click, then choose New followed by Folder.
Name the folder. Copy or drag the picture you want in your slideshow to the folder.
Then right-click on your desktop and choose Personalize.
Choose Background.
Click the box under Background to choose between a picture, solid color, or a slideshow of images. Select Slideshow
Click Browse under Choose albums. Select the folder you created.
