I’ve been on a bit of a health kick recently, having lost nearly 80lbs by cutting my carbs and improving my eating habits. Vegetables are a big part of my diet now and I especially enjoy roasted veggies.

That’s why I was excited to find Bon Appetit’s Ultimate Guide to Roasting Vegetables. This easy-to-follow guide features a graphic that lays out the magic formula for making a delicious roasted vegetable dish every time.

It shows how to start with your basic vegetable and then choose the right aromatic, oil, seasonings, and finish to come up with delicious and nutritious flavor combinations.

I’ll admit that roasting veggies can sometimes get a little repetitive, and I found lots of inspiration here for tying something new.

There were also great tips on the proportions of herbs, oils, and spices to use that take some of the guesswork out of coming up with the perfect dish.

Alas, the link to a printable version of the guide was not working when I tried it. Hopefully, they get it fixed soon.
