Here’s a quick top for switching to and from all caps using WordPad. If you’ve typed something in lower case and would like it to be all caps, just highlight the letter, word, or words and press Ctrl + Shift +A. That will switch lowercase to uppercase or vice versa.
For Microsoft Word, just highlight the text and press Shift +F3. (On laptops you’ll probably need to hit the Function key)
Keep pressing and you’ll toggle through all caps…
… all lowercase…
… and upper and lower cases.
