The Brick Blogger

The Brick Blogger is great fun for adults and kids alike. I didn’t play with LEGO blocks when I was a kid. I was a Lincoln Logs and Tinker Toy kind of gal. However, I saw a fabulous display of LEGO creations at a Columbus, Ohio department store when I was thirteen and have been fascinated by them ever since. I’m amazed by the incredible things you can make with them.

If you enjoy LEGO, you’ll want to check out The Brick Blogger. The site features articles about the latest LEGO products. I’m particularly impressed by the grand piano that you can actually play.

It comes from the LEGO Ideas collection. This collection consists of items created by and voted for by LEGO fans. The piano was created by music teacher Donny Chen who is also a big LEGO fan.

If you’re new to building or want to improve your skills, you can check out the Beginner’s Guide For Building at this link: http://thebrickblogger.com/category/beginner-lego-guides/

I enjoyed the section on learning how to use the LEGO color palate.

If you’re ready to move on, level up to the Advanced Guides that cover things like customizing figures. I had no idead you could do tricks like reverse the direction of the LEGO studs. http://thebrickblogger.com/category/advanced-lego-guides/
