Paste Excel Cells As A Picture

Here’s an easy tip for pasting Excel cells into a Word document. When you past cells into a document, they can sometimes be difficult to resize and place.

Did you know you can insert them as a picture? Here’s how.

Highlight the cells you want to copy in in Excel and either press Ctrl + C or right click and choose Copy from the drop-down menu.

Open your Word document and find the spot where you want to paste the cells. Right click. This menu will pop up.

Hover your mouse to choose the Picture icon.

The cells will paste as a picture. You can grab handles to resize or rotate. Any options you have with any images.

Right-click for options to caption or wrap text around the image. But what if you need to edit the data? Never fear. Click Edit Picture on that drop-down menu.

You’ll be able to edit the information in the cells.
