Gentle Yoga For Your Back

I’m a big fan of yoga. I used to suffer from horrible back problems and I feel like Yoga really helped get it under control.

This YouTube channel features a collection of gentle chair yoga videos. Chair yoga is just what it sounds like, a yoga practice you can do from a chair. This is a great place for beginners to start but don’t think it’s not a real workout. Chair yoga can be just as challenging as the super-bendy stuff but it doesn’t stress out your body.

You’ll find videos of all lengths featuring everything from cardio to meditation. I especially enjoyed the seated dance fitness class.

I will definitely be adding these videos to my exercise playlist.
