You’re someone after my own heart. After all, who has time to waste? I think Windows 10 Clipboard could just do the trick.
First, let’s make sure Clipboard history is turned on. Type Clipboard into the Windows 10 search box and click on the results.
Turn Clipboard History on.
Now, let’s copy that email address you want to use by right-clicking and selecting Copy or by using the Ctrl+C shortcut. Next press the Windows Key + V.
The clipboard will appear with all of your recently copied items.
Click the 3-dot icon at the top right of the email address.
Choose Pin. A pinned item will stay on the clipboard even if you restart the computer.
Anytime you want to add you email address, just press Windows Key +V and click on your email address from the clipboard to insert.
