Multiple Web Browsers

I know, most of our tips are for Internet Explorer, but it’s a good idea to be familiar with more than one browser—like Firefox or Opera. That way if you have a problem accessing a page, or have other issues, you can check it on an alternate browser to see if it’s your connection, firewall, or the browser. For instance, Netscape 4 users have problems with our software store shopping cart, so using IE would solve this problem.

AOL users can log on with their AOL browser then open an alternate one to avoid the common problems associated with AOL.
