There is one thing about Halloween that I love and it’s all the different traditional and non-traditional foods that you can make. Here at Allrecipes, you can check out their collection of Halloween recipes and ideas!
But wait! There’s more than just recipes here. You can find great party ideas, such as how to make fun Halloween lanterns or find out what you can do with the pumpkin seeds from those pumpkins you carved. You can even find templates for carving faces onto pumpkins.
While I was here, I learned about the traditional dish Colcannon, which comes to us all the way from the Halloween feasts of Ireland! I also learned about some scary treats that are easy to make and are very tasty!
On the side menu, you’ll find links to Popular Articles. Some of the articles are: Pumpkin Carving Templates, Scary Movie Night, Roasting Pumpkin Seeds and Halloween Pumpkin Carving Party. That’s just to name a few.
In the middle of the page, you’ll find the Today’s Tips & Advice section. When I was there, there was great advice on making carmel apples, Halloween decorating and even more information on carving pumpkins.
I even learned how to make Pan de Muertos, which are traditional breads served for Los Dias de los Muertos or the Day of the Dead, as you might know it. I couldn’t wait to try out that recipe.
Having trouble getting to the recipes? Well, just click here and you can head straight to the recipe section and skip out on the other tips and tricks.
This site has made me so hungry. I think I’m going to go make one of my favorites, Yorkshire Pudding. Enjoy!
