Pre-typed Text to a Text Box
Have some pre-typed text you wish you’d put into a text box?
What do you do to fix the problem?
Well, let’s all hope you’re not retyping the text into a text box.

Or, maybe you’re a bit more efficient than that and you choose to cut and paste the text into the text box, avoiding the last step of deleting.

To move pre-typed text into a text box with one quick move, give this a try.
- First, highlight the text.
- Next, click either click the Text Box button or use the Insert menu, Text Box choice.
Voila! The text will move into the text box, with just a quick click!
