Handmade Success presents their 2012 DIY Holiday Crafts and Handmade Gift Guide. In this amazing e-magazine (in .PDF format), you’ll find over 100 ideas for holiday crafts and handmade gifts from all around the web, collected into one place by Kerry, Deanna, and Jordan. I was shown this by Wren, the owner and hand-dyer at Sunrise Fiber Co. where I like to buy hand-dyed yarn. Her yarn was included as a handmade gift idea, and I’m so glad she sent it my way because it is full of wonderful ideas. Spice as a hostess gift, decorations galore, and even a few recipes (I can’t wait to try to make, like those peppermint macaroons!).
How does it work? Well you go to the site, and you can view the e-magazine in two ways. You can download the .PDF file, which is how I browse it, or you can browse it on issu (an e-magazine site – you’ll have to register there to browse it there). I’d highly recommend going the .PDF route. Â You can also pin it to your Pinterest board by clicking the pin it button. That way you can always come back to it later.
Once you’ve opened the e-magazine, you’ll notice that they’ve covered more than just Christmas. You’ll find ideas for Fall & Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, Ornaments, Holiday Packaging, New Years, Winter, Handmade Gifts, and more. When you click on an idea, you’ll be whisked away to blog where the how-to is hosted, or the shop where you can purchase that item.Â
I really loved the ideas presented for Hostess gifts, decorating, and the amazing how-to’s to help make my holidays handmade. I bet you will too, check it out today! Â Â
