One of the biggest disappointments in my new iPad purchase was finding out there wasn’t a native alarm app included – that is, until iOS6 came along and made everything right again.
And while I’m happy that I can use my iDevice as a super-expensive alarm clock now, I’m super happy that I can also choose to use a song from my device, instead of the standard list of ringtones/notifications.
Here’s how to make it happen:
From within the Add alarm window, tap on Sound.
Now, click on Pick a song, and you’re all set!
Thank goodness! I never want to hear “Marimba” ever again!
