Tablet Says I Need Flash – How Do I Download?

Question: I bought a Kindle Fire 2nd generation tablet. I click on a video and it says I don’t have Adobe Flash, but does not say how to get it. I am very disappointed in it. It is an Android. – Mike

Answer – This should be a quick fix. Flash is there, but it’s not enabled. Open your Amazon Silk web browser and select settings at the bottom of the screen. Then select Enable Flash and choose Always On.

This should enable you to watch videos that require Flash. For future reference, to download a program for your tablet, you would go to the app store for your device and search for it by name. If there’s a version optimized for your device, it should be there and available for download.

Hope this helps.
