A lot of people are not happy with the changeover from Hotmail to Outlook.com. There is one bright spot for Hotmail users, Microsoft says they can keep their e-mail addresses. So, you don’t have to worry about contacting all of your friends and changing the e-mail address for all your online accounts. I would not have a problem changing my e-mail address if outlook performed like hotmail; this upgrade is a downgrade for me and many of the features that worked with my computers are no longer functional. I cannot add or remove people from my groups and I can no longer see my groups to select the ones I need I have to go through all kinds of ridiculous antics and waste a lot of time doing simple stuff. After years of establishing and organizing my hotmail account; I am stuck with this mediocre outlook and this is in no way an improvement; it’s a major disappointment and this tip is as usless as outlook…
Oh so true James. I never the problems with Hotmail that I am with outlook. Wish I could find a mail service that was better but cannot even do that. They all suck as far as I am concerned!!!!!
