Help! My Outlook.com E-mails Cut Off When I Print!

Dianne from Florida writes: Since I am now on Outlook, I cannot print my emails anymore.  They get cut off.

Dianne, we’ve gotten a lot of questions along this line. Here’s one possible solution. Make sure you are not using the print command from your e-mail browser. DON’T print from your browser’s menu or using a print icon.

Instead, click on the three dots next to Categories at the top of your Inbox. You’ll get a drop-down menu. Select Print.

Give it a try and let me know if it works.

  1. Oh, thank you! This has been driving me nuts. Cannot print more than one page in outlook, so had to forward to yahoo mail to print.

    this solved it!

  2. Outlook was a BIG mistake Microsoft, never had a problem with Hotmail. Bob has the right idea, abandon Outlook for Yahoo or Gmail.

  3. I hate outlook for many reasons. I am looking at gmail now. Hotmail was great wonder why they dropped it.

  4. there is no Category item, nor any dots at the top of my screen (using Google to access Outlook) and I cannot print the full message because of the column on the left side for bookmarks, and advertising on the right side. Any suggestions on getting rid of annoyances and printing full page?
