Missing Arrow In Outlook.com

Carl from Oregon writes:

Most of the tips for Outlook.com say to hit an arrow next to Outlook in the upper left of the page. I don’t have this arrow, so I can’t get to the People or the Calendar. I use Internet Explorer 10. Can you help?

Carl, this is one of the most frequently asked questions about Outlook.com.  If you aren’t seeing the arrow option, try clearing the cache. Click the Settings icon at the far right of your browser, then choose Safety and select Delete browsing history.

A window will open that allows you to select what to wish to clear. Make sure you check Temporary Internet files and that everything else is unchecked. You will lose some cookies hat make your favorite websites load faster, but if you want to really clear out he cache, they have to go.

Now, click Delete. This should take care of the problem.
