Yes, but you only have a limited amount of time to get them back. Yahoo! Mail can only restore messages deleted with in a seven day period and they can’t guarantee a successful restoration.
The process restores your inbox to a previous date. Any messages received after that time will be deleted and cannot be retrieved. So you will need to back up messages sent or received in the last seven days before you send the request.
