There’s one solution, Shawn. You can pay for the full version of Words With Friends. It will cost you $4.99, but you will be spared those commercials. Otherwise, those ads are just the price you pay for your “free” app.

I know I can pay to play, and I can put up with the ads, but it’s not fair that their is no way to get rid if them. Whe they appear.
Anyone know how I can get rid of the pop up ‘want to know when it’s your turn?’ It pops up constantly, I tick no, but it’s back within seconds. They just won’t get the message! I’m NOT INTERESTED, however desperate they are! Any ideas, befiore I just stop playing the game?

the app. that comes on after ‘every’ play to let your opponent know IT’S YOUR TURN-i’ve tried everything and it’s SO ANNOYING, get rid of it. i hate being forced to deal with things and it ruins the game-i made a block for the bottom of my ‘flat screen’ with black cardboard to COVER YOUR ANNOYING ADDS that cannot be ‘opted out’
I don’t mind the ads so much, but some seem to require you to shut down because there is no way to close it… please help!
