Tom from Toronto asks,
Lately, every time that I close Internet Explorer (11), I get a pop-up box on my screen, twice, saying that Internet Explorer is not working. I know it’s not working because I just shut it down. How can I get rid of these 2 pop-ups.
Hello Tom,
If this is happening often, and gives you no indication of the problem, my suggestion is to reset Internet Explorer back to its original state. This will reset and disable tool bars, add-ons, and many other changed settings, but one of these may be the culprit. I’d agree to backup your favorites, just in case, as these could be erased in the reset.

Good tip, I have had this problem also.
About the question “internet explorer stopped working.” That was very interesting but how would a person go about restoring it back then. Do you also have any tips about a system restore error 0x80042308. It is running ok but if I want to do a system restore I can’t because it says the number is not found. Read your tips every day and find them very interesting. You all do great work and I love Worldstart newsletters. I just can’t get the premium or I would. Happy New Year to all!!!! 🙂
