Police Purchase Pepper Spray Drones
Police have used drones in the U.S. for surveillance, sometimes for dangerous tasks like getting a close look at a bomb. According to the Times of India, police in Lucknow, India plan to use drones to spray pepper spray to help disperse mobs.
Riot control is a dangerous business and drones for controlling crowds have been on the market since 2014. The Skunk Riot Control Copter is capable of dispersing pepper spray balls and paint balls. It even features strobe lights to get the crowds attention and comes with thermal cameras.
Judge Gives Woman Okay To Serve Divorce Papers Via Facebook Message
A New York judge ruled that a woman who was having a hard time tracking down the physical location of her husband to serve him with divorce papers, can send him his divorce summons via Facebook message.
In the ruling, the judge wrote, “This transmittal shall be repeated by plaintiff’s attorney to defendant once a week for three consecutive weeks or until acknowledged.”
The missing hubby has no permanent address and has been dodging attempts by his wife to serve the papers, but he is still active on Facebook.

Why not? When people use it to find schoolmates, lost contacts, and the like already.
In fact, I believe that it is one of the best usages for any social media including the Facebook. However,I fully agree with the demand of not using any other method as long as the official means are available and possible.
Hence, I strongly support legal recognition of all means of communication including the communication through any known person for absconders and the non-traceable!
