Pixel Thoughts

Pixel Thoughts is a sixty second guided meditation tool that will help you clear your mind and hopefully relieve some stress.

It starts with you typing in a thought about something that is seriously stressing you out at the moment. Then you focus your attention on it and really address it, rather than shoving it to the back of your mind and not face it.

I’ve been using it for a variety of reasons: mindfulness, relaxation, and letting go of things that are stressing me out.

I like that it refocuses my attention on the fact that the universe is big and this one thing that is stressing me out today is not the mountain that I see it as.

You’ll watch your stress inducing thought shrink and shrink until it’s just a tiny star in the universe.

If you’re stressed out or really need to give mindful attention to something I hope you’ll give this a try!

Go check it out today!

  1. Love it! It worked just like you said it would, and I sat and watched the monumental issue disappear before my eyes, while calmly breathing (hyperventilating?) through the exercise. Thanks so much for your work and the tips.
