Here’s a really neat Apple feature that you may not be aware of.  The Universal Clipboard allows you to copy and paste items between your Mac computer and your iOS devices. you could copy something that you found while browsing the web on you Mac laptop onto a list in Notes on your iPhone.

The devices do need to be near each other. You’ll also need to have Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Handoff turned on in your System Preferences on the Mac and under Settings for your iPhone and iPad.

Then use the copy function to copy from your device and the paste function for your device once you position the pointer where you want the item pasted. Also, you do need to be signed into the iCloud on the same Apple ID on all devices.
