Here’s a quick tip if you’re noticing some issues with Internet Explorer. Maybe it won’t seem to load the right page or let you access a form. Perhaps you’ve got content that won’t display. Sometimes clearing the cache is all it takes to stop quirky behavior.
Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete. The window below will pop up. I’d suggest checking the box to preserve favorites and website data and choosing to delete temporary Internet files, cookies, and the history. If you’re having an issue with old passwords popping up, I’d suggest deleting them and the form data as well. If there’s no problem, leave them as they are.
Then click the Delete button. Hopefully, clearing the cache can take care of the problem.
