Today’s site offers you an amazing collection of photographs from France.

When you arrive at the site, you’ll find a brief bit of introductory text that explains the images you’ll find on the site and how they are organized, and a bit of information about France.

To browse the images, pick one of the regions listed along the right side of the map. This takes you the landing page for that area where you can click on the linked regions to see images. Some regions only have one image, but other like the Abbaye de Fontenay offer you a whole page of photographs to look at.

The Global Region link provides you with a listing of all regions divided between Paris, and the whole index. It’s just a text listing but is super informative.

  1. Fantastic site. I lived in Orleans and Olivet for four years so really enjoyed this site. I was however disappointed that the lovely and well known statue of Jeanne D’Arc (Joan of Arc) that sits in the center of Orleans was not shown, but overall a great site to visit and bring back happy memories. So thanks Amanda.
