If you take multiple medications or help manage medicines for someone who does, you know it can be a challenge to keep track of all those pills and dosages. Sometimes you don’t realize you’ve missed that blood pressure pill until your blood pressure starts to shoot up. For me, it’s my acid reflux medicine. If I forget it, I usually get reminded five hours later when I feel that acid doing its thing.

But there’s a great, free tool available for Android and iPhones called the Medisafe Meds & Pill Reminder.  Medisafe has an extremely user-friendly interface that lets you set up reminders divided by morning, afternoon, evening and night.

The app also allows you to track things like your blood sugar levels. It will even connect with a smart watch.

It’s a great tool for anyone faced with managing a medication schedule. Best of all, it’s free in both the Google Play Store and The Apple App Store. Just search for Medisafe.
