If your start menu has gone missing in Windows 10, it may be because your user account settings are corrupted. Other symptoms of this issue would be problems accessing the Windows Store. Let’s take a look at how to fix it.
Normally the best way to find Settings is to type it in the search box and click on the results or select it from the start menu.
Or you can right-click on your desktop and select Display Settings. Once you are in Settings, just choose Home at the top left.
Once you’re in Settings, choose Accounts.
Choose Family & other users.
Select Add a family member.
Pick Add an adult. You can use an alternate e-mail address for this now instead of your Microsoft account.
Windows will walk you through the setup, just make sure you don’t restrict the account. Once the account is finished, just log on to your PC and see if you can access the Start Menu.
