I’m still hunting for the project management/to-do list system that will work for me. Especially now that I’m adding a lot of long-term projects to my workday
So I’ve been trying out Todoist, and I’m liking it so far. I’d recommend you start by clicking into the How It Works section and watch the video about it. It does a great job explaining how it the manager works. You can also scroll down that page for more information about the manager too.
The free version will net you up to 80 active projects that can have up to 5 people participating in them. Which is plenty for me to use for just my own projects.
