On the fiction side of things, I’m currently working on a mystery series set in Appalachia. I’m a hillbilly girl, so I know that the hills are a magical place. That’s why I’m excited to tell you about the mysterious fairy crosses of Virginia.
These tiny, naturally occurring, stones are shaped like both Roman and St. George’s crosses and are no bigger than the nail on your little finger. There’s even a Fairy Stone State Park in Virginia.
