If you’re using the Windows Mail App that comes included with Windows 10 to send and receive email, here’s a handy tip for making text appear larger or smaller.
Here’s what your inbox looks like when you open the app.
Select the three-dot menu icon in the upper-right corner and choose Zoom from the drop-down menu.
You can choose from enlarging up to 400% to reducing the size by 50%.
Note that it increased the size of the text and images in an email and not the size of the text in the app.
There’s a very fine line at the bottom of the message.
Click or hover over it to see a scroll bar that will allow you to view the full width of the enlarged message.
If you’re creating a new email messaging or replying to one, click Options at the top of the message, and then select Zoom.
To enlarge text for the entire app, you’ll have to use Microsoft’s Accessibility settings.
