What you’re seeing is a preview of all of the open tabs in the Microsoft Edge browser. To navigate between the tabs, just click on the one you want to view.
Just click on that arrow at the top to collapse or expand the preview. Being able to see the preview can be helpful if the name on the tab doesn’t give you complete information or perhaps if you have two tabs open on the same website with different content.
