A reader has a question about her Chrome homepage.
“Below is what Google looks like when I click on the new tab. I discovered I could create from Chrome backgrounds by clicking on a little pen icon on the bottom right of the chrome page. There is an option to upload a personal image as well. My question is; how can I make this open up in every way I select Google page. When I click on the home button it goes to the regular Google search page look. Is there a way to have the same look? The New Tab select option is the Google page I customized. 
But when I click the Home button 
The regular Google page comes up.”
Thanks for including the helpful screenshots! Here’s how to fix the issue. Click on the 3-dot menu button at the top right and choose Settings from the drop-down menu.
Scroll down to Appearance and try ticking the box next to new tab page under Home.
