If you’re having issues getting webpages to load properly in the Chrome browser on your phone, clearing the cache might be the solution.
On a computer, clearing the cache just takes a few keystrokes. On your phone, it’s a little more work. Start by opening the Chrome browser and tapping the three-dot menu icon at the top right.
Choose History from the drop-down menu.
Choose Clear browsing data.
Tick the box next to cached images and files. Then choose Clear data.
You can choose to retain the information for some sites if you like.
