There’s a great feature of Outlook online email that lets you check your message to see if there are any accessibility issues that might make it difficult for someone to read.
Compose your email as usual, then click the 3-dot icon next to Discard.

Choose Check for accessibility issues.

The accessibility issues will pop up in a pane at the right.

Click on Fix this.

Outlook will guide you through taking care of the issues.

It’s a great way to make sure your messages are accessible to everyone.
