Are background graphics missing when you print from Outlook.com? Let me show you how to fix it.

To print, click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner and choose Print from the drop-down menu.

Click Print at the top of the email.

When the print preview window opens, you’ll notice that no images are displayed in the email.

In the panel on the right-hand side, choose More settings.

Scroll down to Options and tick the box next to Background graphics.

The background graphics should appear.
