This site lets you explore data that shows how people are interacting with government websites online. For more information, I suggest clicking About This Site at the top of the page. It will make the page jump down past the data to the about section where you can learn more.
After that you can scroll back up to the top of the page and check out that data! At the top left you’ll see the number of people who are visiting government sites right now and who have visited government sites today.
To the right, you’ll see data divided up by category. The default category is Top 20, but you can switch to 7 Days or 30 Days. I wasn’t surprised to see that a lot of people are looking for their packages and checking on their tax refunds. Also high on the list was the chance to send your name to Mars, and of course recent COVID stats.
This is a really cool way to look at how people use government sites. Check it out for yourself today!
