“I have an S8 running Android v. 9, up to date, and I don’t have digital wellbeing in settings. Search turns up nothing either.”
The Android Digital Wellbeing tools are a great way to monitor your phone usage.
They are installed by default in phones running Android 10 and above. Not all Android phones are the same, but there is a version of the app available in the Google Play Store. Just open the Play Store app and search for Digital Well Being. If it’s available you may be able to install on your device.
