Here’s a quick tip to display your word count in the Google Docs online word processor program. Start by opening a document.
Click Tools on the top menu.
Choose Word Count from the drop-down menu.
This window will pop up. You’ll see page, word, and character count. Tick the Display word count while typing box to show the count as you type.
Your word count will show on the bottom left of the document.
