Neonflames

Neonflames is an awesome site! You might not have any clue what it is about from the title, but neither did I. However, once I learned it was an awesome tool that lets you draw your own nebula I was hooked.

I confess I have a thing for nebulae. Now I get to design my own!

The basic controls are very simple to use. Just click a color in the paint palette on the left side of the screen, and then hold down the left mouse button and drag it across the canvas. Want a more intense spot of the color you are using? Then just hold the mouse button down and leave the cursor in one place.

For more advanced controls, click open controls on the right side of the page. This will open another toolbox that lets you really customize what you are doing. It has a default set of tools (that you can edit) and then from drop down box you can pick different tools like fine, intense, worms, smooth, x, y, undamped, and pure noise.

At the top right of the page you have the buttons Clear, Share, and Download. If you want to start over, just click the Clear button.

Once you’ve designed your nebula you can share it. Click the Share button, and it will upload it to Imgur. You can also choose to save it, by clicking the Download button.

I hope you’ll have blast designing your own nebula, I know I did!
