Add An Email Signature

An email signature is a personalized block that can contain text, links, or images that is inserted at the end of your emails much like your signature at the end of a hand-written note. Here’s how to create one in Gmail.

Start by opening your Gmail inbox and click on the Settings icon at the top right.

Then choose See all settings.

Click the General tab and scroll down to Signature. Choose Create new.

Give your signature a name and click Create.

Start typing your signature in the text box.

You can choose between several fonts.

There are also options to adjust the text style and color.

You can also insert a link or an image.

You can even add a bullet-pointed list.

Decide which emails should have a signature.

Make sure to save the changes.

Let me know if you have any questions.
