Sometimes folks with disabilities can have a hard time reading your documents. Fortunately, Microsoft Word has a built-in accessibility checker that not only finds issues but gives you suggestions on how to fix them. Let’s look at how it works.
Start by clicking the Review tab at the top of your Word document.

Click on Check Accessibility.

Suggestions will pop up in a pane at the right.

Click on the issue and you’ll get an explanation of the problem and instructions on how to fix it.

Accessibility Checker is also available to Excel and the Outlook email client in Office.
