Here’s a handy Windows 11 tip. The quick and easy way to take a Windows screenshot is to press the PrtScn key and then paste the screenshot into a program like MS Paint.
You can also take screenshots with the Snipping Tool.

The Snipping Tool offers more options for cropping and resizing screenshots.

Pressing the Shift + Windows Button + S keys will open the Snipping Tool. But a few simple changes will make it a one-key move. Type Accessibility Keyboard Settings into your Windows Start Menu and click on the results.

The keyboard options will open.

Scroll down to Use the Print screen button to open screen snipping and slide the button to the On position.

When you press the PrtScn key, you can draw a shape on the screen to select the area of the screen you’d like to snip.
