Here are some keyboard shortcuts that let you quickly change word spacing in Microsoft Word. Click in anywhere in a paragraph.
Press the Ctrl key + the 2 key to double-space text.
Press Ctrl +5 for one and a half spaces.
Press Crtl +1 to return to single-space. To change the spacing on multiple paragraphs, highlight them before making the change.
