Microsoft Forms

If you have a Microsoft account, there’s a great, free program that allows you to create forms and quizzes. If you have an Outlook email address, you already have access. Start by opening your Outlook inbox.

Click the square of dots at the upper left.

When the apps list opens, click on All apps.

The scroll down to Forms.

This menu will open.

Click More templates to see more options.

You’ll see options for quizzes, invitations, surveys, and other material.

To customize a template, just click on it.

Click into any block you wish to customize.

Click the Theme button for more style options.

Then choose from the Theme options on the right.

You can also click the + icon to create a new form or quiz.

Then start creating.

Once you’re satisfied with your form. Click Send at the top right.

You’ll have the option to email the form, generate a link to the form, embed the form online, or create a QR code that takes people to the form.
