Here’s a handy feature of the free Google Docs word processor. It lets you use voice typing in your documents.
If you have a Gmail address, you already have access to this free online office suite. Here’s how to access it. Open your Gmail inbox and then click the square of dots at the top left. Scroll down to Docs. Click on the icon.

Click the + icon to create a blank document.

Click on Tools in the top menu.

Choose Voice typing from the drop-down menu. Or you can press Ctrl + Shift + S.

This Voice typing icon will appear. Click to get started.

Just start talking and Google Docs will start typing.

Quick the question symbol on the voice typing icon to see a pane with more information on using the feature.
