Are you tired of having an overflowing email inbox? It can be overwhelming and stressful to see hundreds or even thousands of unread messages. But don’t worry, there are ways to clean out your inbox and keep it organized. Here are five tips to help you get started:

1. Unsubscribe from unnecessary emails: Take a few minutes to go through your inbox and unsubscribe from newsletters or promotions that you no longer find useful or interesting. This will help reduce the amount of clutter in your inbox.

2. Use filters: Most email services allow you to set up filters that automatically sort your incoming emails into specific folders. For example, you can create a filter that sends all emails from your boss to a “Work” folder. This will help you prioritize your emails and keep your inbox organized.

3. Delete or archive old emails: If you have emails that are more than a few months old and no longer relevant, delete them or archive them. This will free up space in your inbox and make it easier to find important emails.

4. Use the “Read Later” or “Flag” feature: If you don’t have time to read an email right away, use the “Read Later” or “Flag” feature to remind yourself to come back to it later. This will help you avoid cluttering your inbox with unread emails.

5. Schedule regular email cleanups: Set aside time each week or month to clean out your inbox. This will help you stay on top of your emails and prevent them from piling up.

Remember, a clutter-free inbox can help reduce stress and increase productivity.

  1. Unsubscribing from emails, if not legitimate, does not work. They end up recognizing your email address, sell it and I get more.
